Ingredients:
1 lb (453g) 70% Lean Ground Beef
2 tablespoons (15g) dry mushroom soup mix
1 slice stale bread, chopped
Water, splash
Method:
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, soup mix, stale bread, and a splash of water until fully combined. On to a parchment paper-lined sheet tray, divide the mixture into 8 portions and roll into balls.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
