The easiest homemade meatball recipe ever.


Makes: 8 large meatballs

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes


Equipment:

  • Large Bowl

  • Parchment Lined Sheet Tray


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (453g) 70% Lean Ground Beef

  • 2 tablespoons (15g) dry mushroom soup mix

  • 1 slice stale bread, chopped

  • Water, splash


Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, soup mix, stale bread, and a splash of water until fully combined.  On to a parchment paper-lined sheet tray, divide the mixture into 8 portions and roll into balls.  

  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
