3-Ingredient Pancakes

The easiest banana pancake recipe ever.

The easiest pancake recipe ever.

Serves: 2-4

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, broken into pieces

  • 3 large eggs

  • ½ -⅔ cup (75g) all-purpose flour

  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. To a blender, add the bananas and eggs and blend on high. Then add the flour and salt. Blend on medium until combined. If the batter seems too thick you can add a bit of water. If the batter is too runny, add a bit more flour. Let the batter rest for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, use a 1/3rd cup measuring cup to pour batter for each pancake and cook until set, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and finish cooking on the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

The practice mode in geometry dash meltdown is great! It helps me master my skills before challenging myself with harder levels.

This was really good. Next time, I’ll add a bit more flour and lower my heat. If you add a bit of peanut butter and a dash of maple syrup, these are delicious 😊

Just tried this today. Batter was more wet than I was use to and the pancakes turned out quite flat. Despite this they tasted pretty good!
