Prep Time: 5 minutes, plus cooling
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups (510g) honey (wildflower or another mild honey)
1 ½ cups (375g) salted creamy peanut butter
4 cups (160g) Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Method:
To a 4-quart saucepan over low heat, add the honey and peanut butter and cook over until warmed through and thoroughly combined, about 3-5 minutes.
Fold in Cinnamon Toast Crunch and coat the cereal in the peanut butter and honey mixture.
Pour the mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper and let it cool before cutting into your desired shape and serving.
